Housekeeping Attendant

Typical working hours would suit school hours, 4 – 5 hours per day 9am/10am to 2pm/3pm, with a degree of flexibility – 5 days a week worked over 7 days and dependent on hotel occupancy.
Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
Duties to include cleaning of guest bedrooms, toilets and public/ communal hotel areas. Linen washing and pressing.

Weekend Breakfast Chef

  • Preparing, cook and present breakfast to the highest standard.
  • Assist food preparation for lunch service after breakfast.
  • Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
  • To adhere to all company procedures and policies.
  • Adhere to cleaning rotas
  • To be flexible and cover for days off, holidays etc.
  • Any other additional duties requested by the Head Chef

Food & Beverage Server

START DATE WEEK COMMENCING APRIL 15TH

We are looking to recruit experienced part time Front of House staff members who have at least 1 year minimum bar or restaurant experience, with option to pick up more shifts phasing to full time for the summer.

Wedding & Events Manager

Previous wedding and events experience is essential. Responsible for managing all incoming business in relation to weddings and events and to make certain that service excellence is delivered at times. Key emphasis of this role includes revenue generation specifically in terms of conference and events and to surpass agreed budget and exceed targets. To maximise all booking and ensure follow through from sales and event handover to end of booking/event, plus follow up. To plan, organise, direct and control the conference and events operation and administration. To actively generate and manage new events into the hotel (Xmas/Summer). 

Front of House Supervisor

To deliver the food and Beverage service. To ensure the organisation of all food service. To work alongside the FOH managers in delivering excellent service in the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and gardens

Hours of Work: Flexible – Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays including Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
