| DOES THE HOTEL HAVE FREE CAR PARKING FACILITIES? | Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. Please note that spaces are limited and are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| WHAT’S THE EARLIEST I CAN CHECK IN? | Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM. Depending upon availability, early check-in may be available and should be arranged directly with the hotel. There may be an additional charge. |
| IS THERE A LATEST CHECK IN TIME? | Our reception desk is open 24/7. There is no latest check-in time, but we kindly ask guests to inform us in advance if arriving after 11:00 PM. |

| WHAT KIND OF BREAKFAST IS SERVED AT THE HOTEL? | We offer a continental buffet alongside a full English hot breakfast. |
| DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A RESTAURANT? | Yes, our restaurant is open daily from 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM. |
| WHAT TIME DOES YOUR BAR OPEN? | To residents of the hotel the bar is 24/7. To Non-residents the bar is open between 8am-10pm (alcohol from 10am) |
| WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATIONS? | We operate a two-day prior room cancellation policy. Any rooms cancelled from 12.01am two days prior to your arrival, will be subject to a full cancellation charge. In the event of a cancellation after this time, or non-arrival, then the first night’s accommodation will be charged. |
| WHAT’S THE LATEST I CAN CHECK OUT? | Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available at an additional cost and is subject to availability—please enquire at reception. |
| WHAT IF I AM RETURNING LATE TO THE HOTEL? | Our reception is open 24/7. If you return late, simply ring the doorbell and our night porter will let you in |
| ARE YOU A DOG-FRIENDLY HOTEL? | Yes, we are dog friendly. We have x1 pet friendly room which is a superior double. Our pet charge is £30 per pet, per night. Please check with reception where our dog friendly areas are located and view our dog policy |
| WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY? | All areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes. Outside areas are provided for smokers. |
| WILL I BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA GUESTS OCCUPYING MY ROOM? | Yes, an extra person will carry an extra person charge. For fire regulations, you must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room allocated to you |

| ARE YOU A MODERN HOTEL? | The Diglis House Hotel is a grade II listed building and has been sympathetically decorated and furnished in its traditional style. |
| DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE? | Our dress code is smart/casual (sportswear is not permitted in the restaurant) |
| DO YOU PROVIDE LUGGAGE ROOM FACILITIES? | Yes, we can store luggage for guests checking in or out. Please contact reception |
| DO YOU PROVIDE LEISURE FACILITIES? | We have an offsite gym, ran by Anytime Fitness. Please contact reception to gain key access/directions etc. |

| DO YOU HAVE ANY FUNCTION ROOMS? | The hotel has two function rooms that can be privately hired. The Seymour Suite which can hold up to 100 formally, and 150 informally and the William Leader which can hold up to 30 formally and 45 informally. |
| WHAT IS THE FUNCTION ROOM CAPACITY? | Our Seymour Suite can hold up to x150 and the William Leader is x45. This can change depending on room layout. |
