Dog Friendly Hotel Worcester

Diglis House Hotel

A Warm welcome to you and your dog

We truly value you choosing Diglis House for your dog-friendly hotel break and hope both you and your dog enjoy a relaxing stay with us.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines.

Dogs remain the full responsibility of their owner at all times. Dogs should not be left unattended. Dogs must be kept on a short lead in all public areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs both inside the hotel grounds and in the surrounding area.

All dogs must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and under control throughout their stay. Any excessive noise or disturbance must be addressed immediately to ensure the comfort of other guests. If a dog is deemed disruptive or poses a concern to other guests, the hotel may require the owner to make immediate alternative arrangements for the dog’s accommodation.

Dogs are not permitted on beds, sofas, chairs, or other furniture in bedrooms or public areas. If staying with us, we will provide a comfy bed, food and water bowl and a splash mat.

Dogs must be house-trained and in good health. By staying with us, you confirm that your dog has up-to-date vaccinations and is free from any contagious illness.

A supplementary charge of £30 per dog per night applies. Should additional deep cleaning be required, the hotel reserves the right to apply an extra night’s room charge. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs incurred as a result of damage.

Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome throughout the hotel.

Should you have any questions or require assistance, please contact Reception or the Duty Manager at any time.
